About me

With a Masters in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and a Post Graduate Diploma from Goldsmiths, University of London, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I am also trained in using polyvagal, CBT, and humanistic counselling. I also have a Master's from the University of Sussex, focusing on education enabling creativity and have worked extensively to help those who find their creativity blocked.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and am always updating my skills to best serve my clients. My practice is informed by the latest research in psychology and mental health, ensuring that my clients receive evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique needs.

I employ a blend of therapeutic techniques, adapting my approach to best support each individual’s journey towards healing and growth. I believe in the transformative power of therapy as I see my clients change as they unlock their potential and embrace change.

I offer individual therapy sessions to help you work through a variety of emotional and mental health issues. In these we work together to uncover the habits that may no longer be serving you so that we can begin the process of change.  
 
These sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals, and I will work with you to create a plan that suits your individual situation.

I offer in person therapy sessions in Brighton and London. Both clinics are well served by public transport links.

In Brighton and Hove I work from beautiful rooms close to Aldrington and Hove stations.

In London I work right by 
Victoria Station, in the heart of Belgravia.

I offer online therapy sessions to help you access therapy when travel can be difficult. These are held on Teams, Zoom, or WhatsApp, and all you need do is click the link I send to enter the session.
 
These sessions are password-protected to ensure your privacy. I am also able to offer a blend of face-to-face and online if needed.
